Data we process
We process your name, email, hashed password, sessions, preferences and account usage data. Connecting Google Business Profile provides OAuth tokens, account and location identifiers, business names, addresses, websites, reviews, public reviewer names, ratings, dates and replies. We do not receive your Google password.
Permissions and purpose
We request business.manage to access the profiles you authorize. The current integration imports locations and reviews to display them, analyze potential violations and prepare cases with evidence. The Google permission is broader than these features; the app does not automatically publish replies or submit reports.
Analysis and providers
Analysis uses local rules and, when configured, an AI provider that receives review text, rating and classification signals. Hosting, database and email providers process data needed to run the service and send account or case messages. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in reviews or evidence.
Use of Google data
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Data is used for requested features, not for sale, personalized advertising or training general-purpose AI models.
Retention and deletion
Cached Google reviews expire at most 30 days after their last sync; cleanup runs when the overview or reviews are loaded. Disconnecting Google deletes stored tokens and imported locations with their associated reviews and cases. Your account, usage records and cached analysis results are managed separately and are not deleted by that action.
Control and security
You can disconnect Google in the dashboard and revoke permission in your Google account. Revocation alone does not delete previously stored data. We use session cookies needed for sign-in and password hashes. You may request access, correction or deletion from the operator; applicable rights depend on your jurisdiction.
